Kiltesh Patel, MS, is the chief architect for the Division of Biomedical Informatics at UCSD. He designs and oversees software development for the Clinical Data Warehouse, application program interfaces for the Clinical Trial Management System, clinical decision support tools for use within the Electronic Health Record system deployed in the Medical Center, and various enterprise database enhancements, including open-source gene expression database.
